We place a high priority on encouraging gifts to the Santa Clara County Council endowment fund. This ensures that the council can continue offering its current outstanding programs and that it can also expand to meet the growing needs of its youth and community.
To recognize such gifts, the BSA offers three national awards for donors. The Santa Clara County Council recognizes ALL donors, no matter the amount, as a member of the council Heritage Society.
National awards include:
James E West - available for gifts of $1,000 or more in cash, stocks, or bonds to the council endowment fund.
1910 Society - available for gifts of $25,000 or more to the council endowment fund. Gifts can be made over five-years.
Founder's Circle - recognizes deferred gifts designated to council endowment.
