District Management Team Seminar

This district committee workshop will start with an overview of district operations, followed by the key highlights of the new council strategic long range plan. We then jump into “job-alike” sessions, where district committee members meet with their counterparts from all of the districts and their council chair reviews what is critically important for the success of the council this year. We end with districts establishing their next year goals. Breakout sessions for:
