Change Password

If you want to change your password, this feature is included in Internet Rechartering.

To change the password:

1. Click Password in the upper-right corner of the page when it appears (on Load Roster Overview, Check Roster, and Update Fees.)

2. From the Change Password window, enter:

• old password
• new password
• confirmation password (enter new password again)

3. Click Change Password.

Result: The password is changed and RP returns to the same page from which link was clicked.

Note: The RP must be able to log on to the unit to use Change Password. If the password was forgotten, use Forgot Password instead. If a unit doesn't know the access code, the RP must contact the local council for assistance. Councils may also reset user passwords.
