Register and Log In

Users must register as a new user for each separate unit in cases where they are the RP for more than one unit, and every year in cases where they were the RP for the same unit last year. Users can begin the process and stop before finishing. When these users return, they follow the process for the returning user to log in.

NOTE: you are a "new user" even if you processed the recharter last year. You are also a "new user" if you log in to process another unit

If you are a new user:

1. From the Internet Rechartering Home page, click First Time User.

2. From the registration page, enter your information in these fields:

Access Code (access code is provided by the council)
Unit Type (choose one from the menu)
Unit Number (enter four-digit number)

3. Click Continue.

4. Read the confidentiality statement. Click I Agree.

5. At the contact information page, enter your information. All fields are required.

6. Click Register.

If you are a returning user:

1. From the Internet Rechartering Home page, click Returning User.

2. On the Log In screen, enter the access code and password.

3. Click Log In.
