The Elangomat-Nimat Committee works with the Ordeal Committee to put on successful Ordeals. Each Elangomat (friend) works with and leads a clan of Ordeal candidates throughout the Ordeal. Elangomats also continue to work with their clan over the first year and encourages each of them to earn their Brotherhood Honor. Elangomats are always needed, and we encourage each Arrowman to give it a try.
