The Training Committee is responsible for the keeping not only the Lodge Executive Committee up-to-date with matters on the Order of the Arrow but also the members of the Lodge. One annual Lodge training held shortly after the new LEC members are installed at the Lodge Banquet. Additional training is conducted periodically to meet any special needs of the Lodge. If you like helping people learn, maybe the Training Committee is where you should be. More importantly, the training committee is a place for everyone to ask questions. If you feel a little lost in your position, you should definitely contact us.
