The Publications Committee is in charge of creating,
editing, producing, and distributing most of the publications, whether they
are sent printed or electronic, that come from the Miwok Lodge. The largest
job the committee has is publishing the Miwok Legend. The Miwok
Legend is Miwok Lodge's official newsletter that's distributed four to
five times a year. The committee is also involved with the production of
the Causwewannacampa - Where to Go Camping Book & CD-ROM, Nashgohumewaganak
Song Book, the Lodge Plan Book and Lodge Planning Calendar. The Miwok
Lodge Publications Committee has won many awards at the Section W3A
Conclave for the Miwok Legend over the years, as well as "National Honor Newsletter" at the 1998, 2000, and 2002 National Order of the Arrow Conferences. For those of you who like working with the written word, the Publications Committee is for you.
