A Challenge from the Chief
Dear fellow Brothers,
This is your Lodge Chief, Erik Polyak. I hope to become acquainted with you through the events that we are having in this coming year. I have set several goals for the Lodge in this year.
The first and most important goal in my mind is to have fun. When
we are having fun at our events, the brotherhood between all of us if
great.
To achieve this goal, we need more attendance at our events, which
is our second goal. Achieving this goals involves improving the communication
between the Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) and fellow brothers via
our chapter chiefs.
The third goal I have for the Lodge is to improve the timeliness in
the planning of all events. Planning must take place at least two months
before all events. Meetings have to be set up months in advance to stay
on time for all events. To achieve this goal, the youth leadership needs
to work together as one to be organized.
These three goals are only the tip of the iceberg; many smaller goals
must be achieved to make the big goals work. I hope to see you at all
the Lodge events to increase the brotherhood between us all.
Your Brother in Service,
Erik Polyak
Miwok Lodge Chief
