Leadership


Hold a Lodge training attended by 80% of the top youth leadership.
Have advisers meet with youth counterparts before each LEC.
Have 100% of youth leadership in full uniform for non-work Lodge events.


Program


Put on 2 Ordeals and 2 Fellowships.
Attend the Section W3A Conclave with at least 75 members.

Participate in the National Order of the Arrow Conference.

Keep and use a "tattered notebook" program for Lodge events.
Increase attendance at Lodge events.


Finances


Control expenses to match budget for all committees and chapters.
Maintain a stock of all OA retail items for resale.
Make a monthly LEC report on Lodge financial plan and status.
Report on chapter/committee budgets as a part of the Lodge Financial Report.
Report on budgets as a part of the Lodge Financial Report.


Administration


Review the Lodge Rules and Policies.
Earn National Quality Lodge.
OA Unit Visitations and elections in all troops.


Recognition


Use National Recognition Programs such as Founder's and Red Arrow Awards, as well as the Lodge's Silver Fox, Most Indian Chapter, and Most Indian Committee Awards.
Continue to provide the Elangomat-Nimat flap.
Continue to provide the Lodge Fellowship flap.


Membership


Induct 100 new Arrowmen.
Re-register 80% of the current Lodge Membership.
Advance 50 Arrowmen to Brotherhood.
Reinstate 40 Arrowmen whose membership has lapsed.
Increase Chapter meetings attendance by 100%.
