Under non-ultra-violet light, these patches appear whiteish. Under ultra-violet light, the colors appear in pastels and not in the regular flap colors of MS61. The flap and the CSP could be purchased separately. Equal numbers of the flap and CSP were produced. This set was produced through the Scout Shop at the SCCC with approval of the Lodge Executive Committee. The identification of each piece of memorabilia is represented by a letter(s) and a number(s).
