Inventory Policy

1. January 1^st any member, committee, or chapter in possession of Lodge property must submit an inventory to the FVC.

2. This inventory will include item, quantity, condition, estimated value, and replacement value. This will not include lodge trading post inventory.

3. When the inventory changes the changes must be submitted to the FVC at or before the next Lodge Executive Committee Meeting.
